Welcome to the Wilson GTi website! I am Ms. Koslowski, and I'm proud to be Wilson's the Gifted and Talented Specialist because my learners constantly amaze me.  This is my fifth year to work with the gifted learners at Wilson, and my seventh year as a Wilson Ranger.  Overall, this is my eighteenth year in education.  Prior to working with gifted students, I taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade in both monolingual and dual language programs and served as an Academic Coordinator at my previous school in DISD.   

I attended Texas Tech University for both my my undergraduate in Finance and my MBA.  After several years in the banking industry, I found my true calling and entered the field of education through alternative certification. 
 

In my spare time, I spend time with family and my precocious cat Monroe. I'm an avid volleyball player and coach, and I love a challenging workout.  At other times, I might be found cooking up a new recipe, maintaining my garden,  or snuggling up with a good adventure or historical fiction book.
